About Dr. JAMEEL SADIS
Dr. JAMEEL Muhammad SADIS, born in Tudun Wada Zaria, Nigeria, in 1980, was deeply influenced by his father’s dedication to the Qur’an, which instilled in him a lifelong passion for Islamic teachings. Growing up in Arewa, a region rich in Islamic heritage, he was inspired by the vibrant religious community. His higher educational journey began at the University of Madinah, where he studied Qur’anic sciences and Islamic studies, grounding himself in the teachings of Al kitaab was Sunnah and the principles of the Salafus Salih. He later expanded his academic pursuits in London and Newcastle, focusing on international business and Islamic economics, which broadened his expertise and prepared him for a multifaceted career.
Upon returning to Nigeria, Dr. SADIS became a prominent Islamic scholar and academic, engaging in Da’wah activities and Islamic education. His eloquence and deep understanding of the Manhajus Sunnah established him as a respected figure within the Ahlussunnah community of the Izala movement, known for purifying Islam from innovations. As the assistant director of finance at the American University of Nigeria, he applies his expertise in Islamic finance, further solidifying his reputation as a leading expert. Through his lectures, Tafsir sessions, and Q&As, he has inspired many to embrace the right Aqidah and live by the principles of Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah. His life’s work, characterized by humility and dedication, continues to guide and inspire future generations, leaving a lasting legacy in the Nigerian Muslim world.
